Padel Club Manager
We're looking for a Club Manager to lead unbound — someone who cares about people, loves padel, understands hospitality, and knows how to create a place where everyone feels welcome.
About us
Unbound is built for everyone. We're creating a space with great courts, thoughtful coaching, and regular socials where people of all levels can move, connect, and play their game. Our café and retail offering mean you've got what you need under one roof — whether you're here to play, watch, or just be part of something. This is a place where progress matters more than perfection, and everyone belongs.

- A warm, welcoming presence — you naturally make people feel comfortable
- Clear communication and natural leadership
- Strong understanding of padel — technique, tactics, and player development
- Strong booking systems and admin tasks
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
- The ability to motivate and connect with people at every level
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes pride in the details — from a great coffee to a tidy space
What we offer
- Competitive salary, progression, and performance-related bonuses
- Complimentary club membership, free and reduced court rates (your share) and discounts for cafe and shop
- Pension scheme
- Be part of building something new in Cardiff
- Work in a supportive, community-led environment
